Water For Gas: It’s Not Fantasy Anymore.
Autos October 12th. 2008, 11:14amIf I was to hear someone tell me they used water to improve their gas mileage just a few months ago, I would have snuffed it off as sheer fantasy.
But not anymore. The technology actually exists, and has existed for nearly 100 years, to utilize water in a way to increase miles per gallon in motor vehicles.
How? The answer is basic chemistry.
Water is made up of hydrogen and oxygen and by separating the two elements via electrolysis, the resulting gas is a highly efficient gas additive.
Wow, running water for gas. That doesn’t sound like fantasy anymore.
