My boss and I get along very well. I started to work for him three years ago. He runs a surfboard shop in Newport Beach California and business is always booming. The nice thing about working for his is that we always go surfing on Tuesday mornings. Its the way he and I relax. One thing that my boss does is sends out these ultimate sales letters to people he has sold equipment to in the past. This has generated him a lot of repeat business. Next year he intends to open up another store in Laguna Beach. He said I will manage that one.
