I am the boss in my department. However, all my staff are professionals are very independent in their jobs roles. They make my job easy. So for this staff day, I am getting all my staff cool business card cases. I am going to engrave their names on each of the cases. This will show I spent a little more time and money and effort to make those cases theirs. I like the idea of rewarding my staff for being such great employees. Their professionalism makes all of our lives easier. It is just a little gesture of my appreciation.
