Keeping up with technology today is a full time job.  All of the niceties that were supposed to make our jobs easier were complicating the way we kept records in our office.  Patients do not want the inconvenience of hand written prescriptions anymore.  Today’s tech savvy world demands everything be done electronically.  We knew we were behind the times, so we decided to update with emr software.  Since the switch, our office is more productive in less time, and our profits have increased.  To us this is proof positive that when you care for people and give them what they want in a timely fashion they will gladly return.
