Reference No Comments »

Patents are a legal method to protect your rights of ownership.  They are not only available in the United States but are issued from various countries around the world.  Gaining a patent allows the owner to exclude others from using, making, or selling the ivention.  It protects your rights as the owner of the patent. It is important to remember that patents relate to inventions and not ideas.  You can not patent an abstract idea.  The ideal situation is to find a company that will work with you to make your patent a dream come true and bring your invention to the commerical market where it can be used to make money or be used to save money. You can find plenty of patent information through outside sources.

Can Anyone Recommend Scholarships For Juniors?

Reference No Comments »

I am doing some research trying to find some way to limit the amount of total loans that I am going to owe when I finish school, and I was wondering whether there are any scholarships for juniors and where I might be able to find out more about them. I would really like to be able to travel around a bit after graduation before I look for a job, and then I want to be choosy about which job I take, so I don’t want to have to worry about large loan payments looming over my head in the near future.

Learn Basic Spanish with a game

Recently I tried a new method of learning Spanish and I wanted to share it with you guys. This method allowed me to quickly absorb a very large number of Spanish words in a very short amount of time. It is a learn Spanish game called “Mia”. I bought it off Amazon and disregarded the fact that it was designed for kids. There is a kid in all of us, so I decided to give it a try. This Learn Basic Spanish works like a story in which you follow along with a character named “Mia”, with every passing level the character teaches you new words and you absorb the information quickly and naturally. I really liked it and recommend it to all the readers.

I never buy any product online or offline before I get enough information about it. You simply cannot trust any flashy commercials or infomercials for that matter. A lot of products get recalled after a while because the truth about them surfaces that is why I’m addicted to reviews, be it a learn spanish review or a high blood pressure medication you know I will read it and you will be surprised how much valuable information you can get out of those things. So please don’ jump to conclusions about any product in particular before you arte able to get your hands on some information from people who have personally used it.

The court process can only follow the law

The loss of a loved one is never easy.  In the best of cases the departed has taken the time to organize their estates and the assets are readily identified.  If a will has been prepared and properly executed it will expedite the probate process.  If there is no will the division of the estate will be totally in the hands of the court and it may not be in accordance with what the departed wanted.  Many times the court is required to divide the property according to law and if there are no guidelines the judge can only do as he see best.

There are people who are not require to file tax returns. These people may also need tax filing help because they will want to file their taxes to claim some kind of tax credits.

If they do not file their tax return at all, then they are not entitled to claim anything from the IRS.

They may have tax refunds due to them if they file. So, it is best to find out if you will receive anything back from the IRS even if your income is too small and you do not have to file tax returns this year.

Ps146 or Rg146

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission loves to make things complicated for everyone.

Ps146 stands for the policy statement 146 and Rg146 stands for regulatory guide 146. Both of them are the same thing and talks about what an individual would require to be compliant and be able to practice financial planning.

Why the change in the term, no one has any idea. But just remember that these mean the same and if you ever see your financial planner, ask him or her this question. You might find an interesting answer. If he or she does not know, then think twice before handing your money over.

Being A Whistleblower Is A Dangerous Job

Reference No Comments »

One of the more dangerous jobs out there is Whistleblower.  I would never want to be one and I hope that nobody in the family would want to be one too.  It is so dangerous not only to the whistleblower but to the entire family.  That is why I admire individuals who are so strong so as to throw caution to the wind and become whistleblowers.  Kudos to them.

Once you have decided to become a whisteblower, you have also taken into consideration that you can either become dead (or any of your family member dead) or injured or all the information that you have been hiding (all the skeletons in the closet) will be exposed by the same people that you are also trying to expose.

The Best Paralegal Program

My niece Jane is currently studying at home on the Internet under a great Paralegal Degree Program. Man does that take self discipline!

She has really stepped right up to the plate & applied herself to her studies in a phenomenal manner.

She’s at her PC’s key board for at least 9 hours a day, busting away to earn that degree. I admire her tenacity & endless energy. I wish I still had that much energy!

I know Jane will be successful, because she has figured out the clue that what you get out of life is what you get back!
