Looking For Rental Property

We are looking for some property to purchase and rent out as an investment, but we are not sure we can afford to buy a house right now. We were thinking of looking into Dallas Condo Foreclosures to see if we could find any that we could use as rental properties. Can anyone tell us whether this is feasible? I know some condos have conditions about who can live there, but we are hoping we can find some good ones we can rent out to get back some of the money we need to pay for them. Is there any trick to getting a good deal on foreclosures?

Playing with my kids

I think one of the things I cherish most about being a mom is being able to get down on the floor and play with my kids. It is so much fun because it makes me feel like I am being a kid again.
