I seem to spend all my time in the gym these days with little effect. The other day i was speaking to a guy i know who has so much muscle. He said that he uses the 7 minute muscle system. If i can look like him i am defiantly going to use this system. I can go to the gym and know that my workout will start taking affect. If only i had found 7 minute muscle when i first started i would look very different now. I want to work on my arms so that they look relay big.
