Beware when reading golf tips. Think through each one logically before you apply it to your game. I was caught out by one which said that you should have specific equipment to play well. I went out to a golf store and updated all of my clubs only to find that my game did not improve at all. I did like having nice new shiny clubs but I was not happy that my game didn’t get better. It actually got worse to start with – just while I was getting used to them thankfully. I am now much more cautious when taking advice from other people and I think hard as to whether it really will be advantageous to my golf game before I apply it. Sometimes I try things for a bit but make sure that I stop and take notice of whether it has really improved my game before I continue to do it.
