The Air Jordan 5 is a great shoe for so many reasons.  First, Michael was having the time of his life playing better basketball than anyone else in the league and being on top of his game more than ever before.  Jordan got all kinds fo awards from the NBA for all of his many amazing games that year and the Air Jordan V got a lot of attention because of it.  There are many rumors about this shoe and whether or not is was based on a World War 2 Fighter plane, but one thing is for sure… Michael sored to new heights without a plane and it made the rest of the world want to be like Mike.
