Last year I started working for a rather small Internet based company as a writer for their different projects and such.  It was very nice being a part of a small, yet growing company.  When they decided it was time to bring in a couple more writers, I remember overhearing them discussing what kinds of upgrades would be need to be made to the network.  Having worked in larger offices, I suggested that they take a look at some cisco switches if they were going to change to using a switch instead of the bridge they had been using previously.
