I cannot believe how many people do not like Direct TV. I seems like a great satellite provider because my neighborhood is filled with their satellite dishes. I was online and saw a website that was full of nothing but a Dish Network vs Direct TV review portal and customer comments. It seems that there are frequent serivce outages that are rarely explained. And it stated that customers are not reimbursed or compensated for outages unless they are for seventy-two consecutive hours. The outages are cleared up just short of the time frame and customer are left unhapppy and ready to cancel.
